The return period begins on the date you receive access to the purchased template and ends 30 calendar days later. We recommend reviewing the template preview and description carefully before making a purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• The template must not have been significantly modified or customized beyond recognition
• The template must not have been used in a published or distributed presentation
• You must provide a valid reason for the return request
• The purchase must have been made directly through our website

We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Cost of Return Shipping

Since our products are digital downloads, there are no physical items to ship and therefore no return shipping costs. Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase completion.

If you have purchased a physical product (if applicable), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Process

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase for digital content, provided you have not consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before you receive access to the digital template. Once you have downloaded or accessed the template, standard return procedures apply.

Cancellation requests received after template delivery will be processed according to our standard return policy and must meet all return conditions.

Refund Procedure
